At ReedHollow, we strive to provide exceptional styling services and ensure complete client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for the various services we offer.

By booking services with ReedHollow, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read this document carefully before making a booking.

2. Service Booking Confirmation

Upon successfully booking a service with ReedHollow, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your booking, including:

  • Service type
  • Date and time
  • Duration
  • Location (if applicable)
  • Total amount paid
  • Stylist assigned (if applicable)

This confirmation email serves as proof of your booking. Please check all details for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Personal Styling Sessions

For personal styling consultations, wardrobe audits, and shopping assistance services:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or one-time free rescheduling
  • 24-48 hours' notice: 75% refund or one-time free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 25% rebooking fee
  • No-show: No refund

3.2 Event Styling

For event styling, photoshoot styling, and special occasion services:

  • More than 7 days' notice: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee, or one-time free rescheduling
  • 3-7 days' notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 15% rebooking fee
  • Less than 3 days' notice: 25% refund or rescheduling with a 25% rebooking fee
  • Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: No refund

3.3 Group Workshops and Classes

For styling workshops, group sessions, and educational classes:

  • More than 7 days' notice: Full refund or transfer to another available session
  • 3-7 days' notice: 75% refund or transfer to another available session
  • Less than 3 days' notice: 50% refund or transfer to another available session with a 10% transfer fee
  • Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: No refund

3.4 Membership or Package Services

For ongoing memberships or multi-session packages:

  • Within 14 days of purchase (if no services used): Full refund less a 5% administrative fee
  • After 14 days or if services partially used: Prorated refund for unused services less a 10% administrative fee
  • Individual sessions within a package: Subject to the standard cancellation policy for that service type

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]
  • Each booking is eligible for one free rescheduling if requested within the timeframes specified in our cancellation policy
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee of 10% of the service cost
  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to stylist availability
  • New appointment dates must be within 3 months of the original booking date

5. Service Dissatisfaction

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional styling services. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of service completion by emailing [email protected]
  • Include specific details about the issues encountered and how we can improve
  • We will review each case individually and may offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Partial or full refund
    • Complimentary follow-up session
    • Credit toward future services
    • Assignment of a different stylist for your next appointment

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we will work with you to resolve any issues in a fair and reasonable manner.

6. Refund Process and Timeframe

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
  • Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

7. ReedHollow Cancellations

In rare cases, ReedHollow may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as stylist illness, emergency situations, or other unavoidable events. In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible via email and phone
  • You will be offered priority rescheduling or a full refund
  • If the cancellation significantly impacts preparations for a time-sensitive event (such as a wedding), we may offer additional compensation or alternative arrangements

8. Gift Certificates and Promotional Offers

8.1 Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person
  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Expired gift certificates may be extended for an additional 3 months for a fee of £15
  • Services booked using gift certificates are subject to our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies

8.2 Promotional Offers and Discounted Services

  • Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate may have modified refund policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase
  • Some promotional offers may be non-refundable, as indicated in the offer terms
  • Complimentary or bonus services included in packages are not eligible for cash refunds

9. Force Majeure

ReedHollow will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, acts of government, or civil unrest.

In cases of force majeure:

  • We will offer to reschedule the service to the earliest available date without additional fees
  • If rescheduling is not possible or desired, we will provide a full refund or service credit

10. Special Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • Provide any relevant documentation (such as a doctor's note)
  • We will review each case individually and may offer more flexible refund or rescheduling options at our discretion

Bookings made prior to a policy change will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of booking.
